Original shipping charges are not refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping and the return brings it below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost we paid to send it to you is deducted from your refund.

As each piece is made to order, crafting begins soon after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After that, work may already have started, so a cancellation is not always possible but contact us anyway and we will tell you honestly where your order stands and what we can do.
